Job Description: Plans, coordinates and provides total nursing care for residents and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing; valid LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

The Maintenance Department is seeking a full-time Project Worker

Non-exempt, 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:  Maintains the cleanliness of the facility for residents, visitors and staff. Performs basic activities related to maintenance such as touching up the walls with paint, handyman repairs, and general upkeep of building and grounds.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and Chinese preferred
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:  Patching and painting experience required. At least one year of buffing and or carpet extraction and one year experience in building maintenance.
